If your game keeps crashing or freezing, please follow these steps:

• Check your connection.  We recommend that our users be connected to WiFi to maximize the gaming experience.
• Make sure you have the latest version of the game.  Go to the Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (Apple) to check for any new updates.
• Confirm that you are logged in to the Gaming Network, either through a guest account or by logging in through Facebook.
• Force-close the application and restart it.  After doing so, make sure you are logged in to the network again.
• Uninstall and reinstall the application if the previous steps have not fixed the issue.
