There are a variety of games that allow users to make in-app purchases.  These purchases include bonuses, currency, or even the full version of the game.  If you make a purchase inside an application, and did not receive the item, please email help@playcredits.com with the following:


  • Your Player ID
  • The email address used to make the purchase
  • The item purchased
  • A screenshot of the email confirming the purchase (if possible)


We will do our best to make sure you receive the item you bought.  If for some reason we are unable to resolve the issue, we will be more than happy to refund the purchase for you (Apple users must contact iTunes for refunds of in-app purchases).
