Several of the games we offer are available for free, but on a trial run.  In order to advance further in the game, and unlock additional features, you much purchase the full version of the application.  


If you purchase the full version of a game, but are prompted to purchase the full version again, please send an email to our support team at help@playcredits.com.  Be sure to include the following:


  • Your Player ID
  • The game that was purchased
  • The email address used to make the purchase
  • Screenshots of the email confirming the purchase (if possible)

Our support team will do their best to try and resolve the issue for you and make sure that you receive the game you purchased.  If a resolution cannot be found quickly, we will be more than happy to refund the purchase (Apple users must contact iTunes support to obtain a refund of in-app purchases).
