There are two ways to cancel your Playcredits subscription:
1) Send an email to our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Make sure to provide the reason for your email and your mobile number (your number will only be used for cancellation purposes). Our team will respond back within 2-3 business days and confirm the cancellation.
2) Call our support team at 1-866-290-9022 Mon.-Fri. from 8-5 PST. Our menu will give you the option to process an automated cancellation. Automated cancellations will be processed within 3-5 business days, but you will not receive an email confirmation.
