There are two ways to cancel your Playcredits subscription:

1) Send an email to our support team at  Make sure to provide the reason for your email and your mobile number (your number will only be used for cancellation purposes).  Our team will respond back within 2-3 business days and confirm the cancellation.

2) Call our support team at 1-866-290-9022 Mon.-Fri. from 8-5 PST.  Our menu will give you the option to process an automated cancellation.  Automated cancellations will be processed within 3-5 business days, but you will not receive an email confirmation.
