There are two ways to receive a refund for your Playcredits subscription:


1) Send an email to our support team at help@playcredits.com.  Make sure to provide the reason for your email and your mobile number (your number will only be used for refund purposes).  Our team will respond back within 2-3 business days and confirm the refund request.


2) Call our support team at 1-866-290-9022 Mon.-Fri. from 8-5 PST.  One of our agents will help you process your refund request and issue you a confirmation number (this number can be used later to pull up your ticket).


When you receive a refund, your subscription will be automatically cancelled as well.
