There are two ways to receive a refund for your Playcredits subscription:

1) Send an email to our support team at  Make sure to provide the reason for your email and your mobile number (your number will only be used for refund purposes).  Our team will respond back within 2-3 business days and confirm the refund request.

2) Call our support team at 1-866-290-9022 Mon.-Fri. from 8-5 PST.  One of our agents will help you process your refund request and issue you a confirmation number (this number can be used later to pull up your ticket).

When you receive a refund, your subscription will be automatically cancelled as well.
