If you are ever having issues with a game, please check the following:

  • Be sure that you have the latest update of the application
  • Your device's connection (WiFi is recommended for optimum peformance)
  • Make sure that you are logged in to the PlayPhone network.  Select the "P" in the corner of your screen to confirm that you are logged it

Should all of the above criteria be met and you are still experiencing difficulties, attempt to force close the application and restart it (Android users).  You can also uninstall the game and reinstall it.  However, this may result in data being lost for users using Guest accounts.
