Our support team is here to help you with all your subscription inquries.  You can reach them through several different channels.

  • Open a ticket on our support website by logging in to your account.  If you have not created an account, you can do so by using your email, Google, or Facebook as your login credentials.  Creating an account and opening a ticket will allow you to keep track of the progress of your ticket.

  • Email our support team directly at help@playcredits.com if you do not want to create an account.  Although emailing us directly is a valid option, we do recommend creating an account so that you can check in on the status of your ticket.  Our support team will respond to all tickets and emails within 1-2 business days. 

  • Call our support line at 1-866-290-9022.  Feel free to use our Automated Cancellation to quickly and easily cancel your membership, or speak directly to a support agent.  Our Live Support hours are Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m PST.
